Bitten is one of those books that I loved when I first read in my late teens, but growing older, I see the flaws. But what isn’t flawed? Just because something is problematic doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it. It’s up to you to discern the truth and judge what you consider acceptable, and act accordingly. No one can tell you what to believe or what to think. Your integrity will always be dependent on your ability to consider the information presented to you, and form your own opinion.
I love the Women of the Other World series. Nothing will ever have me say otherwise, even when you look at Bitten in a new light. It isn’t the violent and sometimes sexy battle for freedom and love that you might think it is. It’s a little darker. Let me explain.
